In the Spotlight: Broadlands Estates
Broadlands Estates
As a rural business contributing to the local economy through a variety of initiatives, Broadlands Estates is fast becoming one of Hampshire’s leading event venues. Here we shine the spotlight on this unique location, which is now available to hire for outdoor ceremonies.

The Venue
Broadlands is a greenfield event venue of 135 acres, ideally located in Hampshire with easy access to Romsey, Southampton and the M27 and M3. The venue’s parkland is home to a wide range of events, including wedding ceremonies in a choice of stunning outdoor settings.
Broadlands has a rich history as the home of the Earl and Countess Mountbatten of Burma and their family. It has been their home since 1979, during which time the house has evolved as the family has changed and grown.
As a relatively new venture, this historic venue has opened its ‘doors’ to couples and families wishing to hold unique wedding or celebration ceremonies in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. So not only will you be in great hands when planning your special day, you will be one of the first and most valued customers this venue has welcomed!
