Imagine a stunning 47 acre woodland, meadow, streams and open grassed area for the whole weekend to design your perfect outdoor festival, wedding celebration or event. This could all be yours at Halkyn Castle Wood Events and Education, Flintshire; located in North East Wales, just off the A55 and within an hour’s drive of Manchester, Liverpool, Snowdonia and Llangollen, we are easily accessible.  Situated and on the edge of the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, your special occasion can be held in the most picturesque setting.

Our facilities include, showers/ toilets, camping/ caravan and motorhome pitches, electric hook ups, glamping bell tents, fire circles, a large stage with lighting, sound and an engineer. We have a 8.8m tipi and provide a bar stocked to your requirements.

We are a family-run business with experience of managing events and we can help you as much as you would like us to.

Our entire woodland is licensed for official weddings. This makes our location unusual as you can choose a tree, glade, fire circle, anywhere in our magical welsh woodland to say your vows.

All profits go towards the sustainable management of our woodland for holistic wellbeing.
