We’re Nick & Lily of White Label Bar. We are a family run, mobile bar based in Shropshire. The bar is a lovingly converted Mercedes horsebox with a custom-built inside bar and wood panelling.

About White Label Bar

In 2019 Lily’s father set about building the most unique bar on wheels for our Wedding. We wanted a bar that was unique, gave that ‘pub feel’ but also fit in with our outdoor festival style wedding. Our bar is larger than your average horse box bar (8m x 5m). It certainly adds a new dimension to any outdoor wedding venue set up.

We loved it so much we decided to open the bar up for others to enjoy. With new upgrades including draught pumps, fully customisable signage and an outside awning for seating we can cater easily for 100 plus groups. Optionally we also have a smaller horsebox bar, called Amelie’s (3x3m), which can fit in well when space is tight.

We know that organising events can be stressful, we try to make as easy as possible for you. We’ll meet with you as often as you need and go through every element of the bar and all the customisations you can have, all you need to do is dream big.

– Pick the bar menu to suit you and your guests.
– Customise the signage, mirrors, beer matts and even have your own labelled beers and wines.
– Add arrival and/or wedding breakfast drinks.
– Decide on the awning set up. Do you want seating, a lounge, a pub, a games room?
